Brad joins Thrive with over two decades of healthcare operations leadership experience.  Prior to joining, he led the Pharmacy and Retail Field Operations group at Walgreens Boots Alliance (+80B) with responsibility for over 9,000 community pharmacy and retail stores and over 225,000 team members.  His expertise is anchored on his 25+ year healthcare career where he has vast experience in business transformation and building best in class executive leadership teams across the high growth community healthcare landscape.  Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and currently serves on their Deans Pharmacy Board Advisory Council. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and friends and travelling. Additionally, he is an avid Purdue Boilermaker fan.

Justin joins thrive with over 20 years of experience in the Physical Therapy industry. Prior to, he served as the VP of Operational Excellence for Athletico Physical Therapy. In this role, he partnered with Senior Executives and Operators to directly implement operational improvements for over 4,000 physical therapists and 700 physical therapy centers. Prior to that, Justin provided operational and P&L management for one of the largest regions in the organization. Justin started his career as a practicing Physical Therapist after receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University’s Fienberg School of Medicine. Justin attended DePauw University where he received his BA in Kinesiology. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He actively contributes to the leadership board of the Arthritis Foundation and appreciates exploring the culinary offerings and wine scene in the Chicago area.

Matt joins Thrive with over a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining Thrive, he served as a Director in the Global Industrials & Business Services group at Credit Suisse, a global investment bank. In this role, Matt led execution of M&A and capital markets transactions for clients in the business, education services and technology markets. Prior to Credit Suisse, Matt was a Senior Financial Analyst at Baxter Healthcare. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance & Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, traveling, and finding time to work on his squarely mediocre golf game.

Peter brings over 10 years of operating experience working in a multitude of high growth businesses. Previously, he served as the US/Canada General Manager for a VC backed Sports Analytics company based in London. In this role, he led market development strategy for the US and Canada. Prior to that, Peter spent time as a business development and consulting professional within the technology and private equity space. He served in the US Army for five years as an Engineer Officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan where he led organizations ranging from 40-200 personnel. Peter holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family exploring the wonders of dinosaurs and Disney princesses. Additionally, he enjoys playing golf even though his score might indicate otherwise.

Mary Jo brings over 35 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with the previous 14 years being within the Physical Therapy industry. She brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in the full cycle of healthcare operations ranging from front office operations through billing & coding, to denial management and patient collections. Additionally, she has tremendous experience working with both federal and commercial/managed care payors. Previously, Mary Jo was the Director of Revenue Cycle of the largest Orthopedic Practice in Illinois. In this capacity, she was tasked with transforming the entire department by transitioning all outsourced RCM functions into an internal function. In doing so, she established and grew a Revenue Cycle Department consisting of 140 employees collecting $330 million in revenue per year while simultaneously acquiring five orthopedic practices and implementing a new EMR and PM platform. Mary Jo’s passion is to build and retain high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating skilled professionals with the ability to deliver results. She is of the belief that high performance teams start with a culture of shared values and this is why Mary Jo decided to join Thrive. Mary Jo also enjoys spending time with her family, especially adventures with her grandchildren.

Kelly Allen brings over three decades of invaluable healthcare experience with a passion for transforming the landscape of physical therapy services. She is dedicated to improving the lives of physical therapists, patients, and staff through the provision of proven non-clinical business support services. Her journey in the healthcare industry has been marked by a commitment to fostering a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Previously, Kelly co-founded a successful physical therapy enterprise that expanded to five clinics, 48 professionals and an annual revenue stream of $3.3 million within an impressive four years. In her current position, Kelly plays a pivotal role in empowering small PT companies and their founders in competing in the modern healthcare market with the support of Thrive PT Partners. She plays a critical part in guiding business owners through the transition process to truly lets them “Thrive” as a partner. Kelly’s wealth of experience, coupled with her unwavering commitment to the betterment of the physical therapy community, makes her an integral part Thrive.

Josh brings almost 15 years of finance and accounting experience, joining as our VP of Finance and Accounting in September 2021. Before joining Thrive, he spent 7+ years in various finance and accounting leadership positions at Athletico Physical Therapy, helping them grow from 80 locations to over 600. Prior to Athletico, he spent 4+ years at EY in their Healthcare Assurance Services department, focusing on large hospital institutions, primary care groups, and long-term care facilities. Josh has an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from New Mexico State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and building Legos with his son.

Jeremy brings over over 17 years of expertise in the information technology space with extensive experience in the multi-site healthcare business. Prior to joining Thrive, Jeremy spent 6 years at Forefront Dermatology as the Director of Applications and Data Analytics. Prior to his work at Forefront, Jeremy spent 11 years in the Physical Therapy industry at both Accelerated Rehabilitation and Athletico Physical Therapy in various information technology roles.

Keisha brings over 20 years of expertise in designing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in the Physical Therapy sector. She was previously the National Director of Recruitment with a leading national provider of rehab services in the senior living space. In her daily support of TA operations, Keisha draws on her on her extensive background that ranges from clinical and executive recruiting to strategic HR consulting. Keisha’s approach to talent acquisition is characterized by her servant leader mindset, focusing on creating a “best place to work” culture that fosters employee retention and engagement. Her ability to scale recruitment teams in high-growth environments, coupled with her innovative strategies for staffing hard-to-fill positions, has been critical in her success. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Keisha is deeply committed to her family and finds solace and inspiration by the ocean.
